Emma Weaver - CEO - CynestX 

 

Ceo and Co-Founder of CynestX is also an entrepreneur, International Author, Speaker, Business mentor and Tedx Enniskillen Organiser.

Emma will lead our team and be directly involved in Business Intake as well as running our Incubator Start weekends. These weekends will be an integral part of the recruitment process, they will have a packed schedule and will help every business to reach their potential. She will use her energy and business acumen to help select the most innovative E-Commerce startups as well as building relationships with our partners and funders.

 

Colleen O'Donaghue - Finance - CynestX 

 

Colleen provides advice to all Incubator companies on the set up of their financial management. Providing a Sage accounting package setup in partnership with Sage. She will guide and mentor the businesses on the best way to manage the day to day financials of their business, as they manage growth, capital requirements and cashflow. She also will advise on VAT registrations and cross border requirements for trading across Europe. Each business will benefit from the financial setup and management as part of the setup of the business in the incubator programme.

C Woodhouse - Legal Advisor and Solicitor - CynestX 

 

Clare is an English Solicitor ,based in the Channel Islands. She provides legal advise and structure for all businesses entering the Cynestx Incubator programme. She also reviews all contracts, agreements and terms for work undertaken or agreed by companies on the incubator programme. She is at hand for mentoring and advise for all incubator companies to help protect IP and Trademarks for international expansion.

 

 

Isobel Woolner - Head of Mentor Recruitment and Training - CynestX

 

Isobel Woolner was a Director at Pitman Norwich where she developed adult training  programmes through Government funding schemes. She will now lead the recruitment of our Mentors across many disciplines and work to offer training and advice to our Business leaders to add additional skills to assist in the grwoth of their businesses. 

 

 

Aine McPhilips - Head of Social Media 

Aine heads our Social media and marketing across Cynestx. Developing content and helping to adapt to the requirements of the business needs. She has been instrumental in the launch of our first Cynestx ECommerce Conference.

 

Charlie O'Connor - Chair - CynestX 

 

Charlie has over 25 years experience in e-commerce across the UK, Europe and USA. Charlie will provide a current overview on what has to be done to make an e-commerce site work in todays market.  He is a Shopify Partner and has worked as a business mentor for the last 6 years. He has been involved in projects Internationally and has experience with exits for business. He is our Chairman and Co Founder of CynestX. 

 

We have now over 40+ mentors working with the team.
